I began my yoga journey fifteen years ago when attended a yoga class with my father and I instantly fell in love with the practice. Over the years, yoga has become a cornerstone of my life, offering me not just physical strength, mobility and flexibility, but also mental clarity and inner peace. I pursued formal training to deepen my understanding and share the transformative benefits of yoga with others.
Today, as a certified yoga instructor, I love to help individuals of all levels discover the joy of movement, mindfulness, and self awareness that yoga brings. My approach is rooted in compassion, alignment, and a deep respect for each person’s unique journey. In my classes you can expect a combination of asanas (poses), focus on alignment and pranayama (breathwork). Whether you're up for a challenge or looking to connect with your deeper self, I hope to see you on the mat!
